Where we ship

We ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and the United States. Our European coverage includes 40 countries.

 

Delivery times

All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and shipped via DHL, Hermes, Colissimo and other trusted carriers:

• Germany, France, Benelux: 7–12 business days

• Western & Northern EU (AT, IT, ES, PT, DK, SE, FI, IE, etc.): 7–14 business days

• Eastern & Southern EU (PL, CZ, HU, RO, BG, GR, HR, etc.): 10–18 business days

• United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 10–16 business days

• United States: 12–20 business days

 

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Shipping costs

• FREE shipping on all orders over €49

• EU core countries: €4.99 flat rate

• EU extended countries (Eastern/Southern Europe): €5.99 flat rate

• United States: $8.00 flat rate

 

Customs & duties

Orders shipped to the EU are handled under the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. For orders under €150, no additional customs duties or VAT charges apply at delivery — the price you pay at checkout is the final price. Orders to non-EU destinations (US, UK, CH, NO) may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
